I had a wonderful stay at Lacle Dalat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. The location is perfect if you’re looking to unwind—it’s quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing, away from the busy crowds. Everything was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend to travelers visiting Dalat. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a calm, pleasant atmosphere.

This review is not directed at the staff — everyone we met was friendly, kind and welcoming. However, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel on Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel sits in a valley away from the main street and should be a peaceful place. Unfortunately, it also appears to host large group dining and gatherings, which seriously conflicts with its accommodation business. For two nights, dozens of guests occupied most of the hotel. From around 7 p.m., they gathered in the courtyard for BBQ, drinking, shouting and singing at full volume. After the drinking got going, the noise became genuinely deafening, echoing throughout the valley. This continued until very late, followed by shouting and running in the corridors. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden, architecture and rooms, but basic facilities are poor. Every shower required running the water for 5–10 minutes before it became even slightly warm, and it was still nowhere near hot enough for Da Lat’s cold weather. This happened every time. There is also no shower curtain or separation, so the entire bathroom floor gets soaked, and there is no ventilation fan. Beautiful property and lovely staff, but these cannot compensate for sleepless nights, extreme noise and the lack of a properly hot shower.
