Good clean spot. Only problem was the check in. Should have received instructions at least 24 hours prior on how to check in since there is no reception. Never got it. Tried to message them with no answer until I got there when I had to call. Other than that, all was good and the location is a great spot near everything. I would recommend!

As many others mentioned in their reviews, the check in process was a bit stressful. It was hot, we wouldn’t see the keypad in the direct sun to input the code, which we did NOT get 48 hours before arrival as said, I sent a message from the plane when I realized we never got it ahead of time. However, there was always someone there when I called and we did leave our luggage in a storage closet, again needed to be remotely opened over phone call. Although we were too tired to sightsee that day, the person handling our check in over the phone was wonderful and got us checked in a bit before the official time so we were grateful. 🙏 We fell asleep right away and woke up at 6:30pm had a snack and went back to sleep. The next day was much more smooth after learning about how to get in and out of the building/our room. The rooms were very nice and decent size for Athens center and there were basics: four plates/four sets of silverware/glasses and small jars of coffee although no creamer, they had a few sugar packets and 4 small bottles of water. The sleeper sofa was open and made, which was very helpful since there were two adults sleeping separately and we were very tired. It is in the center of everything so that was convenient. Athens is a very very busy city with lots of traffic so walking what is the best option. We had an excellent cab driver from the airport that we arranged to have us picked up at the day we left. Staff was helpful and used translation app when needed.

Room was super amazing along with the night time view of Acropolis! Only reason for 4* is because we kept hitting our heads going upstairs on the beam. AC worked great downstairs but Upstairs stayed warmer side. Location was perfect! Of you love shopping and delicious food this is definitely the place to be!

Location is excellent ,50 meters from Ermou street. Equivalent to a 5 star hotel without the hotel facilities. Directives as how to check-in were very clear and got a prompt reply from their customer service for some technical issue with the hairdryer that was immediately solved. Top value for money! Highly recommended for those who want a 5 star room without having to pay the price of a 5 star hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. Check in was really easy and straightforward. The location was excellent! It was right in the heart of the city near amazing shops and restaurants in Athens and was steps away from a stunning view of the Acropolis. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely book it again when I return to Athens!

Don’t waste your money on this awful awful place , this place had NO HOST NO RECEPTION NO AIR CONDITION SLEEPING IN MIDDLE OF AUGUST IN ATHEN WITHOUT ANY AC WAS TRULY UNBELIEVABLY. No service whatsoever I never been to place like this and never will be . I wish I can post some of the photos I took of the place and how narrow the roof . I’m 5”2 and my head litterly hit the roof I was walking and my head was bent down whole time

Great location near Monistiraki square. There was not any on site staff which was frustrating when the door code no longer was working at 940 a.m. when the check out time was 10 a.m. Luckily, I was able to get in touch via phone and they were able to reset the code remotely. Great location!!!! Which was the desired result. Newly renovated so room was modern and sleek. Bathroom was excellent. 1 very small hiccup, states you get check in information 48 hours prior and didn't actually receive it till a few hours before. Made it a little stressful when you land from a long flight and are a planner. Very nice lady (staff) accepted my luggage prior to check in time, which allowed early start to enjoying the city. Upon true check in, staff had put luggage in room 🤗 Keypad for entry to building and room feels very secure. Great not having to keep up with a real key card. Overall, very pleased!!!

Tout ce que je n'aime pas chez les nouveaux établissements ! Accueillis par des codes, aucun humain durant le séjour. Petit déjeuner livré par un livreur, Chambre grande et toute neuve, mais ce n'est que du "tape à l'œil", le tuyau de douche était déjà cassé, l'équipement made in china... donc rien de durable.
