Wonderful week at Tolenza!Friendly staff, delicious food and clean and modern rooms. Close to beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, friendly staff that helps with everything you need, tasty and great variety of food everyday. A lot of shops around the hotel and close to the center. Our stay at Tolenza hotel was wonderful! Location is central and close to everything- beaches, shops, restaurants. The room was quite spacious with confortable beds.In addition very clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming, they did everything they could to provide comfortable stay to their guests. Food was delicious and varied. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a city hotel near the beach and excellent service.

I came from Canada and had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. The live music, dancing, and nightly entertainment created such a fun and unforgettable atmosphere, specially turkish music. The hotel was also exceptionally clean at all times. The rooms, restaurants, pool areas, and all public spaces were spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing The bartenders served some of the best classic cocktails with excellent quality and service, and the food had great variety and taste at very reasonable prices. What truly impressed me was the Turkish hospitality — after my check-out, the manager personally invited me for lunch, which was such a kind and generous gesture. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

Bra personal men det finns några saker som kan förbättras Vi hade en trevlig vistelse och vill framför allt lyfta fram personalen, som var väldigt hjälpsam, trevlig och gjorde sitt bästa för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna. Det finns dock några områden som jag tycker att hotellet behöver förbättra. Städningen av rummet behöver bli bättre och bör ses över. Det hade också varit bra om servetter och bestick alltid fanns lättillgängliga, istället för att gästerna behöver leta efter dem vid andra bord. Under måltiderna upplevde vi även att personal ibland stod väldigt nära borden och matbuffén medan man satt och åt, vilket kunde kännas lite obekvämt. Det hade varit bättre med lite mer utrymme och diskretion. Maten var god, men det behövs mer variation, framför allt vid frukosten och dessertbuffén. Det hade också varit uppskattat med någon form av barnunderhållning eller barnprogram på kvällen, särskilt för familjer med barn. Vid poolbaren saknade vi även musik. Ibland hörde man istället musik från hotellet bredvid, vilket gjorde att området kändes lite mindre levande. En annan sak som verkligen behöver förbättras är kuddarna. De var väldigt hårda och obekväma, så mjukare och bättre kuddar hade gjort stor skillnad för sömnkomforten. Trots dessa förbättringspunkter vill jag avsluta med att tacka all personal på hotellet. De var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma och man märkte att de verkligen försökte göra sitt bästa för att vi skulle få en bra vistelse. Med några förbättringar

Otel çok temiz yepyeni ve çalışanlar çok ilgili. Otele girişimiz saat 04.00 da oldu gece çalışan güvenlikçi bize kendisi için ayırdığı yemeği verdi ve çok samimiydi. Yemekler çok güzeldi mezeler harika ama çok abartılacak şekilde değildi menü genelde benzer di. Havuz otele göre küçük çocuklar için eğlenceli bir havuz değil. Biz plansız olduğumuz için son gün rezerve aldık bu fiyata daha iyi oteller var Alanya otellerine göre bu fiyat fazla. Yine de sorunsuz bir otel, temiz, ilgili, konumu iyi bu yüzden mutlu ayrıldık teşekkür ederiz

Hotellet er veldig fint og nyoppusset. Veldig rent og pent. Personalet hjelper til med det man spør om, enkelte mer smilende og blid enn andre. Sengene er ganske harde, og putene harde og høye. Aircondition virker veldig bra men blåser rett på sengen så dette gjorde det vanskelig å få rett temperatur når vi skulle sove. Ellers bra rom, bad og balkong. Fint bassengområde, med egen bassengbar. Jeg var imponert over rensligheten på hotellet helt til vår nest siste dag, da et barn bæsjet i barnebassenget, og det fløt rundt lenge før noen kom å plukket det opp. De sperret ikke av bassenget, og jeg så de aldri rense det ordentlig heller. Vi badet ikke mer der resten av oppholdet. Heldigvis er det avgrenset fra det store bassenget så vi fikk badet der. Drinkene på hotellet hadde ALT for mye alkohol i. Noen av de var rett og slett udrikkelige. Når det kommer til maten var vi ikke imponert. Det var veldig lite barnevennlig mat, vi hadde med oss et barn på 2,5 år og det var problematisk med tanke på å finne noe for henne. Veldig mye mat, men det aller meste var «rar» mat. Prøvde noen ulike «gryter» men om det var kylling i var kyllingen SÅ tørr at den nærmest var uspiselig. Vi endte med å spise ute mange dager selv om vi hadde all inclusive, for å få spist noe ordentlig god mat på turen. Området er fint, ca 5min å gå til stranden, litt forskjellige butikker rundt og taxi og minibank rett over gata. Hadde det ikke vert for maten og basseng hygienen hadde det blitt fem stjerner.

Vi( två vuxna och tre barn, 9,10,12 år) spenderade en vecka på detta fina hotell och är så nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet är nyrenoverat och hela atmosfären är fräsch. Maten som serverades i vårt All-inclusivepaket var varierad med mestadels turkiska rätter. Det fanns många vällagade rätter, sallader och desserter att välja på. Poolområdet var våra barns favoritområde! Här spendarades många timmar med lek och goda milkshakes från poolbaren. Personalen på hotellet är väldigt vänliga och måna om att vi skulle trivas. Stort plus är också att hotellet ligger väldigt nära kleopatrastranden där hotellet har solstolar och parasoll som ingår. Rekommenderar detta hotell varmt och när vi reser till Alanya igen, är Tolenza vårt självklara val!

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Det all inclusive-tilbudet var variert og av god kvalitet med noe for enhver smak. Personalet var svært hyggelige, hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet har en fin strand, et flott og moderne bassengområde som alltid var rent og velholdt, og rommene var rene og komfortable. Vi kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet og kommer gjerne tilbake.
