Ive got nothing but good things to say about out stay. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to st marks and doge palace. Also no more then 5 minutes to grand canal. Our host great very helpful. Even before we showed up he sent us several restaurants. He helped us with when we left to find the easiest and quickest way to airport.

Rooms are very nice, Venician style 2 beddroom with shower room and cooking facilities built into cupboard with fridge, cooker hob, sink and microwave. Complimentary soft drinks already in fridge.

Friendly Venice Suites Stop scrolling and book your stay ! Absolutely perfect location for exploring Venice. Easy walk to all major attractions, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Giacomo is incredibly pleasant to deal with, rooms are clean & spacious, and you can literally walk to all major sites from here.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Quick walk to the water taxi for train station, and short walk to San Marco square. The friendliest employees and our room was great. We stayed in the suite with two king beds, our 20 year old son was traveling with us and was perfect!

It’s a quick water taxi to the apartment. Giacomo the friendly staff contacted me before we arrived with all information we needed. From the outside you’d never know how lovely it was inside. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated and everything we needed was included. It was away from the hustle and business of the grand canal area but still right in the center.

This was not what we were expecting but we still liked our stay. We arrived and there was literally no one there. We had to call the hotel reservation number and wait for someone to arrive, but luckily we could get into the place to wait. It seems to be a revised bed and breakfast place maybe. It was difficult to find. That being said, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice, very large for a European hotel room, and refreshingly cold after long days in the heat. There was a noisy party outside our room the first night, but I think that was just bad luck and the other nights were peaceful. There is no breakfast, no concierge and no laundry service as advertised. We didn’t care too much about that, though we were counting on laundry service. The housekeeping provided was very good. There is no view. It is convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and St. Marks. We enjoyed our stay here overall.

Beautiful suite in Venice

I was travelling with my adult son and it was a challenge to find accommodation with 2 separate rooms and beds. This fit the bill in an amazingly convenient location to all the sites but far enough away from the noise. Like all places in Venice it was a bit tricky to find and get to but not too bad as it is right in the corner of Campo Santo Stefano. I think writing the directions on the site would be helpful as even google maps gets a bit confused. Small detail as our stay was amazing! Very clean!

Located on Campo Santo Stefano. Very spacious. Only three units up one short flight of stairs. Daily housekeeping, cold ac, lots of hot water. Very centrally located - check location on map. Used Alilaguna to get to airport. Description is not entirely adequate - no washer, dryer, or kitchen. Owner very accommodating and helpful.
