Hotel is in a great location for the train station if you are looking to explore Venice. Expensive nights stay for a tired hotel. Staff are lovely and it was perfect for a night.

8/10 Very good

It was great being close to the train station. The facilities looked a bit old, but they were kept clean. I recommend this place as a great value for money, especially since it includes a continental breakfast.

The AC units were not working properly. However, the gentleman who checked us in was great in getting a fan for us and placed a workorder for the next morning. After sightseeing, we came back and room was cool. We kept the fan which made it cooler.

Stayed one night as in transit to Slovenia. Excellent facilities given the price of the room. Air con worked really well. Fridge in room and a good breakfast. We caught a bus outside the airport straight to mestre train station and a short walk we were at the hotel. We hopped on a no 2 bus for a few hours in Venice too. Very clean facilities and helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay again when visiting Venice.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was spacious for family of 4. Bench in bathroom was helpful. Some hooks on the walls in the main room would have been nice. Shower soap caddy was installed weirdly high, above my head height and I’m 5’6”. Free breakfast had fresh fruit which was great. AC during the heat wave was a lifesaver. Very convenient location to take train into Venice Santa Lucia.

Great location just 10 minute train ride from Venice - really nice staff
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The hotel is very well located near the train station. The rooms are little rundown but clean. The AC works well. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are supportive. Some staff were helpful, while others ignored us while having a long conversation in Chinese on the phone. Some staff members were yelling at each other in Chinese in the back room near the bar while we were eating breakfast. It felt like a market place in loud Asian markets.

6/10 Good

The location is very convenient with parking, although not a neighborhoodthat I would feel comfortable walking around at night. Many Chiense restaurants around the area. The hotel is very dated. Our room had a cigar-like smell that we couldn't get rid of. Very basic hotel.
