This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

Já fui várias vezes a esse hotel. Localização é perfeita. Quartos antigos, porém bem conservados, sem cheiro de mofo ou algo semelhante. Espaçosos. Piscina excelente. Da última vez que tinha ido o café da manhã tinha tido uma queda na diversidade. Mas, já dessa vez, voltou ao padrão. Sugiro na máquina de café colocar o cappuccino, uma economia dessa nao se justifica. Ponto bem relevante: estaciona fácil, o que em Maceió é uma raridade. Recomendo!
