Incredible view, clean but very warm room

Amazing views from the room window and the terrace. The room was nice and clean. It was just extremely hot in the room because of the warm summer days and no air-con. Nevertheless the view was incredible.

the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet or storage space but, instead, Ikea, open-storage-installations.

This hotel provides free ticket to use train and buses!! We did not know that until AFTER. My boyfriend and I walked in the morning before check-in to ask about parking and the gentleman working there did not tell us about the vouchers. We could have saved so much money! The woman working at the front desk named Reem Patwan provided incredible customer service, thank you again. Beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking was free and plentiful. The woman working at the bar with short white hair was extremely rude, she yelled at us for bringing outside food in front of many people who were sitting out at the terrace. So customer service is hit or miss at this place. Other than that, not bad for the price and location is good.

L'hôtel est très bien placé sur les hauteurs de Vevey avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et un très joli parc arboré. L'hôtel se compose d'un bâtiment principal et d'une villa au-dessus qui semble un peu datée, les chambres de celle-ci ne ressemblent pas vraiment aux photos récentes visibles sur le site et ne sont pas climatisées. Elles sont cependant très confortables et propres (et accessibles PMR). Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bien. Donc, hors période de canicule, c'est un hôtel très agréable qui mérite sûrement plus que la seule nuit que nous y avons passé.

Y aller les yeux fermés, on mange très bien, les logements avec balcons sont top avec une vue merveilleuse. Le personnel est ultra acceuillant de l'accueil en passent par le bar et le restaurant, BRAVO ! le sourire et la banane c'est rare! Pas de clim malgré les chaleurs actuelles mais en ouvrant, on est sur les hauteurs, nous avons dormi correctement mais c'est un point d'amélioration qaund il fait chaud. Tout est globalemenent assez cher, y compris le petit dej mais la qualité est vraiment là, les produits proposés sont irréprochables, super petit dej ! Parc très agrable le soir avec sa vue et son vieux cèdre et autres c'est très joli et agréable !
