The apartment is really cute and traditional with gorgeous views in an ideal location. It is 70 steps up to the room with no elevator though so not for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. We found the bed ok but a bit uncomfortable in spots as it is a thinner mattress on a spring base. The shower is tight for a larger person but the water is hot as long as you don’t turn the hot water heater switch off. The parking is free but is quite a walk from the apartment. Staff will pick you and your luggage up and take you over the cobblestone streets from the parking area to the hotel on arrival and again on check out day. Staff is readily available on WhatsApp if you have any issues. Great location in Rovinj for all kinds of activities yet very quiet.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July of 2026. We were thrilled with the apartment and have zero complaints about our stay. We travelled with two boys (10 and 12) and they were super thrilled with the buggy ride to and from the Old Town! Definitely a neat added bonus! The apartment was clean, quiet and offered everything we needed and the receptionist was kind and communicative. Highly recommend!!!!
