The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!

Average stay. Room was clean, and small kitchen nice to have. Pillows really flat and extra one's in room would be nice. Family pool in basement fun for kids. Would be nice if hottub was actually hot and not like a lukewarm bath. The games room, while sounds fun, is ridiculously expensive. Makes sense that it was dead when we were there. Really disappointing that the airplane restaurant was closed the two days we were there as thats why we booked this hotel. Parking is very expensive and should be included with the room rate as this is not a busy part of town. Not much to walk to other than the grocery store.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights to go to the Austrian Grand Prix F1 race. When we checked in, the staff was somewhat friendly, but seemed annoyed. When we got to our room, it was as if the cleaning staff had left in a rush. The decorative pillows were spread out in the room and it looked as though the room hadn't been fully reset from the previous guest. It was HOT (late June), there was an odd smell, and the mini fridge was emitting additional heat. Our room was on the second floor, which was level with the top of the parking garage. People could walk from the garage right into our open window if they wanted. There were some strange noises coming from outside, but we were so hot and really wanted our window open. The front desk ran out of fans on top of that. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. We did have some people in our group who had rooms with air conditioning and enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Best engineered hotel I have stayed in every thing was functional and beautifully thought through.. praise indeed to the designer.. most Hotels seem to be developed by people that don’t travel and don’t stay in hotels .. whoever designed this hotel clearly knows what a good night sleep away from your own surroundings should be .. 5*

Et fryktelig gammelt og slitent hotell. Står overhodet ikke i stil til bildet og forventninger. Skikkelig slitent hele veien gjennom, men likevel rent og og pent og ryddig over alt. Saunaen er som å gå tilbake til, jeg vet ikke, 80 tallet kanskje.. greit nok at det er nakenspa- jeg er selv ikke blyg, men litt merkelig å vandre rundt masse menn som drikker øl naken rundt bord på uteterrassen.. og når det kom til den flyrestauranten så hadde vi litt sett frem til den- men den var stengt🙈😂 det er jo greit å vite på forhånd. Da endte vi opp med å spise på det andre flyet som er mer bar enn restaurant, og betalte 19-20 € for microvarmet thai mat🙈🙈😂 maten var mildt sagt elendig- derimot var han som var servitør en mann som kan defineres som morsomheten og vennligheten selv. Vi koste oss og lo mye, men hotellet dere ser på bilder er ikke hotellet dere får.. Men definitivt et opphold vi aldri glemmer! Må jo bare ta det med et smil

C’est pas la première fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel qui est un peu à l’écart du centre-ville mais néanmoins bien car au calme propre super marché pas loin et grill restaurant à l’emporter pas loin non plus Espace spa très bien Piscine et fitness au sous sol , un labyrinthe pour y accéder mais ouvert même quand spa est fermé Prix correct Parkin 12.
