10/10 Exceptional

We had the 48m2 room, spacious, comfy and everything you need. Bathroom was as big as our garage. Everything clean and beds are comfy. We used the swimmingpool twice. Highly recommendable. Breakfast was delicious. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. For us, this was a 10/10.

Lovely hotel a little far out of Celle so nothing apart from One restaurant within walking distance. Taxi ride 15€ into Center where there are many cars etc. Great pool and spa

A pearl near Hannover

Very nice hotel with a fantastic history and very friendly people and professionel start. A pearl near Hannover. Thanks for a very nice stay.

2/10 Poor

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience

Veldig behageleg opphald. Godt med ac på rommet. God mat og god service. Litt « stivt»/formelle ansatte, men må velvere slik.

6/10 Good
