The directions to check in were alright. It would have been nice to know that the access card was only needed for the entry of the building and to use the lift, not to enter the apartment.
Once we entered there was no electricity when I turned on a light switch, and a closed up slightly smoky smell, definitely not a fresh clean welcoming smell. I finally figured we needed to switch the main electricity breaker after trying multiple light switches and turning on the AC units and nothing worked.
After finally getting AC on we were both sweating and hot. We went to get a drink of water and not even a small bottle of water was left and the tap water is not drinkable. Next,I went to the bathroom and had my period so needed to change and throw my sanitary product away and there was not a garbage in bathroom. So I looked for a garbage in the kitchen or other bathroom and there was not a garbage can in the apartment at all!!
After turning on all the AC units in the flat after 1 hour it still was not cooling well. We noticed black mold by all the vents. We left for dinner and I informed the property. They responded the technician looked and I had it on the wrong setting, which was not true the remote said cool. We ended up leaving the apartment after dinner and finding another hotel since the apartment was still hot, smelled not clean, and was not to very clean we informed them and requested a refund. We never got a refund for either day and were only in the apartment 2 hours max
