Chambre petite mais très propre et joliment décorée. Le personnel est très serviable, il m'a prêté un sèche cheveux. J'ai juste eu froid la nuit, le chauffage n'était pas ouvert.

Room was clean but looking a bit tired. Staff were helpful and organised the car parking so that we could leave when needed. Central location and good for visiting the BIC and town and beach.

From having to wait outside at 4.30pm for someone to arrive at reception desk and only being able to have access after a person staying let us in . None of pictures online are true pictures of the hotel. There is no restaurant as advertised. Rust on pipes and the bed was damp . My son asked for heating in the room as radiator didn’t work. He doesn’t think anyone else was using hotel and the guy at reception seemed to be running the BROOKLANDS lodge . We chose for my son while he flat hunted and looked for the cheapest around unfortunately you get what you pay for

Booked the cosy room which was ideal for the one night stay. The mattress and pillows could be improved at small cost for extra comfort. The room was clean and well equipped for our requirements and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Handy location close to the pier and the beach but has limited parking and is rather shabby and run down. No breakfast option but then, plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is, after all a budget hotel and overall was good value for money.

The room was quite spacious with a good shower room. Mattress was a bit springy, parking looked a bit dodgy, but was ok in the end as I left just before 8am. So all good

Excellent hotel! I was really pleased with my choice, especially when I walked past some of the others. I booked late and arrived an hour after that. No problem at all. Check in was smooth and fast. The room was spacious, airy and clean with tea and coffee facilities and toiletries provided. Staff were friendly and well mannered. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again

Clean room quiet, TV kettle shower toilet parking bed all good For a cold week in may, heating would be nice

I didn’t have to pay extra for parking and staff let me keep my car there an extra hour after check out. My room was a bit tired and the bathroom could do with an update/refresh. Overall good value for money!

Small room, comfy bed. Clean. Find it rude when check in staff answer a mobile call on speaker phone mid check in. Otherwise all good.
Opinión verificada

2/10 Mala

The room was smelling of strong urine coming from the toilet. I had to close the chamber and the door but that didn’t deter it.

The hotel is clean staff were good but the whole place could do with a refurb- tiles were up in the bathroom - table that the coffee machine sits is falling apart- no kettle and parking yes is tandem and if you are leaving early you have to wait for someone to ring whoever is blocking you in
Opinión verificada

The hotel was awful. There wasn’t even any drinking water in the room. The floors were dirty, and the shower wouldn’t drain.

Room was very basic, but we didn’t miss anything.. We did not have expectations but for the price we paid and considering that it is 5 min to the beach it was all good. The lady checked us in 3 hours earlier which was very appreciating, thank you.

Brilliant customer service. Sadly our bathroom had a leak so the floor was completely wet, day and night.
