The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in.

The hotel had was supposed to provide white towels but, the color was brown and torn on the sides. The breakfast was ok, with sambar sugar quoted, Stick Idlies and oily purees. The bathrooms were dirty, no hot water. The staff were rude and not sense of hospitality. We stayed for 10 days and the last day before checkout they forced us to pay $5 that was the balance after wrong calculation. I will not recommend this hotel. Rather stay in Ginger down the street or LemonTree, which has better service and well trained staff. Avoid this hotel if possible and it is not worth the rating provided.

Avons essayé le buffet du soir , très très épicé, dédié à la clientèle locale, n'avons pas renouvellé l'expérience, tarif très avantageux. Chambre correcte, très bien nettoyée, tv 5 monde. Attention au bruit la nuit , c'est énorme, on entend tout d'une chambre a l'autre, clients peu respectueux, portes qui claquent.4 nuits d'enfer.

Staff accommodating and quite reasonable. Quite far from Ajanta caves but reasonably close to Elora caves. Taxi prices reasonable. Good breakfast buffet. Quite clean. Excellent choice at a very reasonable rate

There's not a whole lot distinguishing about this hotel, but it was solidly good service and condition, especially for the price. Many additional services are offered at excellent prices--it was a shame we didn't get a chance to take more advantage of them. The breakfast buffet was included with our room, and offered a good range of foods. The wifi was very good. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel property is small but good. Though the staff is nice, they need to improve on the speed of service. The restaurant staff was many times in their own world. Rest is all OK.
