A equipe de funcionários prestou serviço de qualidade, especialmente a colaboradora CRISTIANE, muito prestativa, educada e sempre pronta a servir. Café da manhã razoável, quarto espaçoso, o colchão da cama de casal parece ter um buraco no meio, como se fosse dois colchões. Sentimos falta de estacionamento. No mais a estadia foi tranquila.

O Minha experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Solicitei a alteração da data da minha diária, expliquei o motivo e mesmo assim o hotel não demonstrou qualquer flexibilidade ou compreensão. Faltou empatia e disposição para encontrar uma solução. Esperava um atendimento mais humano e comprometido com o cliente. Infelizmente, a postura da equipe foi inflexível e deixou uma péssima impressão. Não recomendo e certamente pensarei duas vezes antes de me hospedar novamente.

O corredor é amplo e o barulho faz eco. Utros hóspedes chegam a qualquer momento fazendo algazarra ou acordam cedo e ficam conversando no corredor. A portaria não se manifesta e não existem avisos sobre a necessidade de silêncio. Liguei para a portaria, mas de nada adiantou. Perdi noites de sono com este hotel.
