Olivia was vey helpful answering questions and even making calls to help provide information for future travel plans to different regions. The staff here are the best part of the hotel. They are so wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent with large, unlimited cappuccinos and the most amazing warm, filled croissants and other breakfast items. The location has to be the best in Rome… walking distance to the best restaurants in Rome. The ONLY criticism I have is that the room we had was close to a noisy street, although rooms of others in our party were very quiet. Would definitely choose this location again and again!!!

This is the first time I've stayed in Trastevere and thought it was only 1 night, I could see myself staying here again. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the a/c was cool. My only critique is that the bathrooms are so tiny. I'm not very tall but at 6'0'' it was hard for me to sit down on the toilet without my legs touching the wall. And I had to walk sideways to get in the bathroom. But given the location and the friendly staff, I would consider staying here again.
