Good Location, Poor Staff

Good Location on the Reeperbahn, close to nightlife and river. But the stay was ruined due to poor staff. Inspite being Expedia Platinum member, neither room upgrade nor late checkout was entertained. The room was infact free but was asked to pay for late checkout. In particular the lady Annika was too rude to come knocking at the room dot on time asking to vacate. Most hotels offer free ice, and have even ice dispensers. When we asked for ice, the bar staff were rude. Expedia should escalate to hotel management, hardly the kind of behaviour expected.

Great location, comfortable bed and nice staff.

The hotel was in a great location, and for being near the main street it was very quite with the window shut. Unfortunately, they cap the air conditioning and it is not possible to cool below 25c and it was 32c this week, so the room never got comfortable. I pay extra for a hotel with AC I wish I could actually cool my room to my desire. Room was big enough to sleep my family of 4 comfortably. There was a hole in the wall next to the table and yellow stains on the wall from the chair. The hole still had wet plaster on it. Shower was extremely weak pressure. Bed was comfortable and the front counter staff were very nice and friendly. Overall, room and hotel were nice, but disappointed with AC scam and weak water pressure in shower. Parking is 22€ in garage per day.

The room was clean and modern. The wifi signal was so weak it didn't work at all. We had to spend extra money on an esim just to be connected. Disappointing for a hotel that offers wifi inclusive with your room. The lock on the shower door was broken so you had to hold it closed with your foot when you showered so you didn't flood the room. Good location.
