The best part was the breakfast, very good and very polite individual. The room was cold, no hot water to shower, no one around to solve the issue. All in house amenities not in use. No bar. No service, no contact. It's 2 miles from town, so taxi us essential. It's the sort of place that picture perfect... But you'll only go once. Sorry for the bad review, almost recovered by the polite service and lovely breakfast.

Wonderful weekend

We had a woderful stay at the three wells. We have stayed there before. Jonathan was always very helpful. We would have a chat about our plans for the day. The place is very nice and comfortable.

The property is an adapted farmhouse set in Fields fronted by a large pond with ducks, moorhens and other wildlife. It has easy access to marked walking paths. Our room was at the top of the building and one of the most expensive with a separate seating área off the bedroom. Breakfast was adéquate rather than special but we were there with no other guests. Décor is functional and comfortable. The B&B would be fine for short stays but might be a bit basic for longer holidays

We had a good stay, wouldn't return. Weekend breakfast timing is 0800-1000 but we were offered 0700-0900 as the only people in the hotel and the owner had other plans. We asked for 0830 and he put 0800. Later we asked for closer to 0900 and we were told that not possible, we saw them drive off after serving breakfast. The room was good, loose floor tiles in bathroom and only one bath mat despite a shower and separate bath. No snacks and poor selection of hot drinks in the room. Hotel is clearly dated with thin walls and doors, we could hear music in the kitchen in the morning. Difficult to get to plug sockets. Lovely quiet location and Llandrindod is not far away.

Nice stay

We’re stayed in a lot of places around Llandrindod wells while back visiting family. This is one of the very few places we would happily go back to! Nice quiet area, a little bit out of town… but you should expect this, you’ve booked a stay in mid wales! Great breakfast, solid night sleep (although the mattress could maybe do with an upgrade if we’re being picky). Definitely will go back again
