We could not stay at this property because it was dirty, neglected, and extremely unsafe. Despite the unacceptable condition, they refused to reimburse us, so we had to leave and lost all the money we paid.
The entrance was dangerous—you have to cross a broken, makeshift wooden bridge over an open ditch. The stairs were partially broken, the wooden structure and railings were rotten and unstable, and elevated areas were inadequately protected.
The kitchen contained dirty dishes, the pool was filthy and unusable, and the entire property appeared abandoned and poorly maintained. There was also no staff present to welcome us or address these serious problems.
This accommodation was not safe or ready for guests. We refused to risk staying there, especially after seeing the rotten wood, broken stairs, unsafe railings, and hazardous entrance. Avoid this place—the photos speak for themselves.
