Our room was clean with a nice comfy bed. Contemporarily decorated. The shower/bathroom was very clean and quite spacious. Lovely big telly. I loved the continental breakfast; the staff in attendance couldn’t do enough for you. There were nightclubs opposite which could have been really noisy into the early hours but luckily we were at the rear of the property. Cultural note: George Bernard Shaw lived on the street for 2 years.

This place is incredible! Guests have access to a stunning spa included in the price. Bring your swimming suit to enjoy the spot experience. There’s a steam room, a sauna, a cold, plunge pool, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. You can also book things for a fee, such as facials and massages. The hotel is gorgeous, our room was spacious, newly renovated, soaking tub for two, separate shower, extensive living area seating, coffee, and tea in the room. Easy parking, great food options in the restaurant (get a reservation), and the bar (no reservation needed). Staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly enjoy their work. Definitely book this place!

The location of Thor property was wonderful. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The breakfast was good and nice to have access to. The street that the hotel was on was quite loud as there are a number of pubs/clubs across the street as well as the tram driving by. This did make it more difficult to sleep as the window was left open due to the heat.
