The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast is generally good, although it is noticeable that the kitchen and service teams are not yet fully coordinated. The complimentary champagne is a nice touch, but charging for sparkling water feels unnecessary. Each table receives a basket of assorted breads, which seems redundant for a buffet and leads to avoidable food waste; offering everything directly at the buffet, including a small self‑service drink station, would be more efficient. Personally, I did not enjoy the Croque Monsieur or the tapioca. A simple “Please clean / Do not disturb” sign in the room would also be helpful; on one day, we returned from the beach at 6 pm and the room had not yet been cleaned. Overall, it is a solid hotel with strong potential, and a few adjustments in breakfast organization, housekeeping, and corridor ventilation would make the experience even better.

Hotel novo, tudo bem limpinho, perfeitas condições. Acredito que o único ponto negativo seja o banheiro totalmente aberto com o quarto, separado apenas por um vidro temperado fosco, mas que dava para ver tudo. Desconfortável estar em casal e ver outra pessoa usando o banheiro. Fiquei imaginando se fosse mais pessoas no quarto, uma família com a sogra por exemplo. Tem que sair do quarto para outro usar o banheiro?

O Hotel Venti é maravilhoso, ficamos no quarto 420, logo na chegada fomos atendidos pelo Guilhereme, um funcionário muito atencioso, que sem dúvidas tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável, agilizando a liberação do quarto e oferecendo um drink de boas vindas. Com relação ao quarto, cama ampla, vista maravilhosa, vista mar, um espetaculo, porém a única coisa que me desagradou foi o banheiro, com portas transparentes, gostaria que fosse revisto, acredito que a instalação foi incorreta, pois de fora via dentro e dentro não via fora. A piscina é espetacular e o café da manhã muito bom, atendeu minhas expectativas.

A propriedade é nova, limpa e muito bem conservada. A equipe da recepção é atenciosa e educada. O quarto bem amplo, cama boa, enxoval novo e de boa qualidade, banheiro/quarto bem limpos, poderia ter lenços descartáveis e espelho de aumento para maquiagem (acho essa comodidade importante). Café da manhã apesar de ter uma grande variedade, serviço um pouco lento e poderia dispor de uma torradeira para pães. A piscina é um ponto alto, pois tem uma linda vista.
