The room was spectacularly clean! Absolutely wonderful to walk into a spotless room. There are parts of the property that could use some attention, like the parking lot. The ice machines were not functional and could not find a person in attendance after 9:00. We only had one wash cloth and needed two. The location of the establishment is wonderful. It is next to a river with walking paths and a park near by.

We traveled for baseball and this hotel was exactly what we needed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and bed was comfortable. I would for sure stay here again! Only probably was the signage. Switching ownership and still says Quality Inn. I was confused at first when trying to find the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, room very clean, bed was very comfortable, front entry clean, hallways very clean and smelt amazing. I do not have one bad thing to say about this facility. I will be staying here in the future, Thank you!

This convention center is being remodeled. The room and halls are in very good, like new condition. The air conditioner did not work properly. The breakfast was typical hotel fare. It was very hard to identify as the sign says Quality Suites. It borders a great park for walking. The pool is being refurbished. Felt safe and clean.

Very nice and clean rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would recommend this place to stay. The only downside was the pools were closed during our stay. We will be returning here again.

6/10 Good

Heater not working correctly, drain in bathtub not working properly, WiFi kept going out, restaurant not open, pool not open, sports Bar not open. Room was clean. No wash cloths. Chair at desk in room was peeling on seat and armrests. Breakfast was subpar.

Our sink was backed up upon check in and we couldn’t ever get anyone to answer the phone to come fix it. Others in our group had the same problem. Overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable. Smelled a little of old smoke in the hallways. The woman working when we checked in was super nice and friendly. The man dressed in a tracksuit claiming to be the general manager that told us we couldn’t sit in an open area not by rooms was very rude. We emptied trash in commons area as it was overflowing. All outdoor trash was also overflowing with trash all over.

Pros: friendly front desk service, clean room, FREE EV charger! NI’s: went to breakfast an hour before it was supposed to close and all the chaffing dishes were empty so no one was monitoring it and I didn’t get breakfast, reservation was for two adults but only provided linens for one person- not ever encountered that before, and finally due to a change over in ownership amenities were closed. Assuming things will improve when new ownership kicks in.
