Overall a very good place…walking distance to the Duomo, Mercato Sant’Ambrogio, Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia, among other attractions/landmarks. Also surrounded by a TON of good places to eat at, as well as some self-service laundromats if you ever need it. And a short walk to a couple of bus stops too, if you ever need a bus to get around. Rooms are well-maintained, really clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and filling. Most of all, really friendly owners. My only concern — and, honestly, just a small one at that — is that I could not get the safe to work even with the instructions provided, merely because the buttons on the actual safe in my room weren’t the same as in the instructions. But…again, just a small concern that doesn’t take away from my satisfaction with the B&B. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Florence.

Our room faced the street (really more of an alley) and unfortunately the property is between two bars that had a lot of US college students partying late into the evening that we could hear through closed windows.
