2/10 Poor

DO NOT BOOK THIS!! Read below Booked a room advertised with floor-to-ceiling panoramic mountain views, but was checked into a room staring directly at a blank wooden wall and an air conditioner.  When I contacted Expedia, their own representative acknowledged in writing that the room delivered was a "wall view with only a partial mountain view," yet claimed they were "powerless" to help because the hotel refused to cooperate. Rather than taking responsibility for hosting misleading listings on their platform, Expedia tried to sweep it under the rug with a $100 voucher while keeping the full payment.  Zero protection for consumers when a property misrepresents what they sell. I am now forced to file a credit card chargeback for services not as described. Avoid booking through Expedia if you expect accurate listings and basic customer support.
