We had a great vacation. Room was nice, clean and the view was so good. Besides, Bongpo beach is just in front of this hotel, easy to get there. Rooftop pool was also nice experience. But the elevators are not enough, it was..like a war.....Need solution abiut this. Apart from that, it was great hotel.

신설 호텔이라 전반적인 부분은 만족 스러웠지만, 극 성수기 도 아닌 시기에 체크인이 너무 늦고, 엘리베이터 도 줄을 서서 타야하는 번거로움이 있어 아쉬웠음, 28층 건물에 엘리베이터가 3대로 움직이다 보니, 기다리는 번거로움이 있어 그 부분은 불편함.

5성급 신상 호텔이라 시설은 좋았습니다. 그러나,한층에 15개 정도 방이 있는구 같은데 엘리베이터가 3대라 기다리기 너무 오래 걸려요. 한대는 비상용이라 서로 호환 연결되지 않고, 전체 층을 다 서게되니.. 아침 점심 저녁 등 사람이 조금만 몰리면 대기가 깁니다.. 개선 되어야 할텐데 개선 방법이 있을려나요.. 그리고 아직 직원들의 서비스가 부족하고, 전화를 걸어도.. 전혀 받질 않아요.

전반적으로 지린내가 심합니다. 특히 주차장쪽도 로비도 그렇고 호텔에 그런 냄새가 나는건 처음이네요. 그리고 악명높은 엘리베이터.... 엘베 기다리느라 버린 시간이 너무 많아요. 기다렸다 타면 사람이 늘 많아서 층마다 서고 ㅠㅠ 좋은듯 아쉬운 경험이었어요.

1. 체크인 하는데 도떼기 시장(체크인 대기 1시간 가량 걸려 순서가 되니, 남자직원은 자랑하듯 10시부터 와서 기다리는 사람도 있다고 망언을 함. 무슨 K팝 공연 보러 오나! 정신 나간 소리 하는거 보고 어이 없었음. 찾아온 투숙객이 지쳐있으면 양해 발언 하는게 기본이거늘, 매우 부적절한 발언하는 직원의 행태를 보며 매우 불편한 경험이었다) 2.엘리베이터는 북적이고 엘리베이터 내부에선사람들 시끌시끌 몰상식한 아줌마들 어찌나 떠들던지 정말 무식이 자랑인것처럼 아주 가관이었다 3.1층 프론트데스크 옆 남자화장실 소변기 한 개는 고장이고 한 개는 바닥에 물이 흥건, 소변처럼 보임 체크인 엉망시스템 지친다 지쳐 운동시설 gym은 에어컨 기껏 가동하면서 창문열려 있어서 매우 더웠다 제발 생각 좀 하고 말 하고, 센스있게 운영 좀 해 주시길... 너무 지치는 일정 이었음.

평일~토 방문하여 잘 묶었습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 피트니스장도 잘 구비되어 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. **다만 프론트 남자 직원(호리호리 마른분)의 응대가 정말 꽝입니다. 퉁명스런 말투며 짜증난 표정 등등 교육이 필요해보입니다. 심지어 이분이 여자 인턴분께 교육하던데 과연 괜찮을까? 라는 생각이 들 정도였습니다. 한번도 인터넷상에 불만 댓글을 남겨본적 없는데 처음으로 피드백 남깁니다. 만약 이 피드백이 전달 될 수 있다면 개선하길 바랍니다.

객실정돈도 잘 되어있었고 리셉션 직원분들도 친절해서 첫인상이 좋았습니다. 단체 여행객이 있었는데 층마다 엘베를 타고내리기를 반복하니 엘베타는데 너무 오래걸렸습니다. 주차도 편하고 5층 편의점도 물건이 다양하고 좋았습니다.

수영장이 투숙객에게 너무 과도한 비용을 청구했다. 호텔조식비도 너무 과도하다. 식사비를 줄이고 그만큼 음식가지수를 줄였으면 한다. 디너로 바꿨으면 한다. 객실 훌륭했고, 체크아웃 시간을 유연하게 하여 사람들이 10시 반부터 11시 반사이에 몰려 엘리베이터를 무려 20번 정도를 그냥 보냈다. 40분 이상 대기...고객에게 미안하다는 인사 한 번 없었다.
