신축건물말고 장점이 별로 없음. 성수기라 하더라도 5성급 호텔이 체크인이 1시간이상이고 엘레베이터가 3개로 기다리는데 20분이상 걸리는 등 체크인시 느끼는 서비스는 3성급임. 신축이라도 새건물 특유의 새집증후군을 유발하는 화학물질 냄새가 심해 당분간 오지 말아야 겠다는 생각을 하게한. 뷰는 동해안 특유의 시원한 바다뷰이고 조금 더 넓은 객실은 서울의 5성급 호텔의 1/3 가격으로 가성비 있음. 제가 적은 단점을 참을수 있는 분들에게 가성비갑 좋습니다.

We had a great vacation. Room was nice, clean and the view was so good. Besides, Bongpo beach is just in front of this hotel, easy to get there. Rooftop pool was also nice experience. But the elevators are not enough, it was..like a war.....Need solution abiut this. Apart from that, it was great hotel.

엘리베이터 너무 느림. 3일 내내 줄서서 탔음. 최신 건축물에 누가 저런 엘리베이터를ㅜㅜ 주중 조용할때 가라고 권장. 주말이나 성수기는 피하시는게 좋습니다. 4층 부페는 생각보다 아주 좋았습니다.

오션뷰도 좋았고 방도 넓었고 청소도 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있었어서 5박동안 편하게 놀다 왔습니다. 5층편의점 있는 것도 편했고 오락실도 즌비하시는 것 같았어요. 체크인/아웃 시간에 엘레베이터 붐비는건 사실이긴 한데 그것만으로 지나치게 저평가 된 것 같아서 안남기던 후기 남깁니다

일단 지은지 얼마 안되어서 객실 및 호텔이 모두 깨끗했습니다. 평일에 방문했고- 체크인 인원이 많지도 않았었는데 대기해야하는거에 대한 안내도 없고 그냥 기다리라고 한 뒤 온 순서대로 체크인 하는것도 아니고 그냥 어수선하게 다시 줄 선대로 체크인하는 모습에 첫인상은 안좋았습니다. 객실은 청결하고 침구도 좋았습니다. 해변이랑 가까운 점도 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 5층에 편의점이 있는데- 편의점 직원분이 가장 친절했던거 같습니다!! 해변 가깝고 깨끗한 호텔이라 이후에도 또 방문할 예정입니다!

룸 컨디션만 괜찮음. 체크인 같은 기본적인 시스템이 오류로 인해 한시간 정도 걸렸음. 신설 호텔이라 그런지 직원들 업무 숙련도도 낮음. 또한 건물에 엘레베이터가 매우 적어 이용할때마다 시간이 많이 걸림. 브랜드는 좋지만 별4개정도 수준인 호텔임.

A동 1707호. 바다전망 성인3명 잘 이용했습니다. 다만 객실내 취사가 안되는건 이해하나 포크 접시 없어 아쉬웠고 인피니티풀은 유료인건 알고 있었지만 구경도 할수 없을거라곤 생각도 못했네요.
