The hotel is in a very good position, both if you want to use thr metro or just call a didi. The room was spacious and very clean. True, the staff doesn't speak English, but they use the translator and do their best to communicate. They're very nice and friendly.

All was okay - great location, fine staff, good food options, sufficient toiletries and towels, free water, tea, and coffee, though no safe; laundry and spa facilties were there too, though I did not use them - too time consuming and expensive, respectively (was not impressed by the look of the spa - had to wait long for anybody to attend to me), but the most objectionable thing was that I was fooled - I booked a room with city view but got the view of an empty terrace and windows of other rooms of the same hotel and perhaps another, so much so that I had to keep the curtains on the whole time. When I asked the guy who took me to my room about this, he non-chalantly said "you don't need to have a city view." I was dumbfounded and just stayed there anyway, primarily due to the location and also the hassle of finding another place on the fly. I will most likely not stay there again.

Staff is ok. But the air conditioner turned off every day when we back in the room, need to go to front desk have stuff come in to set up again. On the third day we stay, after shower, water is leaking to the whole washroom, staff comes to fix the shower, and front desk upgraded the room for us to move to.

Although nothing special on the outside, the hotel was extremely clean and beautiful inside. Our room was super high tech with buttons that did everything, bathroom and shower were incredible, toiletries smelled amazing. Most importantly, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast!! It was varied and abundant and very tasty. Will certainly come back

The hotel room was clean, air con was cold. But the lightings in the room can hardly be controlled to turn On/Off, eg the lightings in the toilet and the lightings at the sink outside are connected, either all On or Off, not user friendly. Furthermore, the outside toilet at B1 restaurant has got no toilet paper replenished.
