Problems checking in with online tool (no manned reception at hotel). No answer on telephone. After many tries, check in was ok. Room was clean, beds comfortable but pillow was flat. Small bathroom with shower combined with zink. Don’t rate this hotel as a three star hotel.

The hotel was better than I expected based on past reviews. It was clean, comfortable and very central located. I know I was not going to a 5 star hotel so I was expecting as much. The only feedback for improvement is provide extra pillows. A lift could be a major plus and of course the carpets could use an update. Other than that a perfect stay.

The room itself was clean and actually quite nice, and the staff-less concept worked surprisingly well and was easy to manage. However, there were some significant downsides. The sound isolation was very poor; you could hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring rooms as if the walls were paper-thin. But the worst part was the bathroom. It felt like a prison cell where the toilet and shower were cramped into one. Without a shower cabin, the entire floor got flooded every time I showered. You could clearly see the damage from the constant moisture, as the window frames were literally rotting and looked like they were about to fall off. Given the price, it was a disappointment. It felt more like a lousy hostel than a hotel.
