El desayuno incluido no es muy basto pero no está tan mal. El personal es muy amable tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. El estacionamiento no está techado pero es cómodo directo a la propiedad, la habitación tiene buen tamaño y está cómoda pero hace falta aire acondicionado. El baño está bien.

Definitivamente no regreso, según podíamos pedir servicio al cuarto y ni los teléfonos servían, en una habitación no había agua fría, tuvo qué ir el de mantenimiento y, qué incómodo es eso, en otra habitación no había secadora, no ponen shampoo, ponen 2 jaboncitos que ni espuma hacen, cuando reclamé la primera vez el Sr dijo ser solo un empleado y no podía hacer nada, el gerente jamás intervino y la Sra de recepción solo dijo que " Una disculpa y ya" creo no es una respuesta a un huesped al cual no le cumplieron lo que promete en su página. Lo único bueno de este viaje fue el personal del restaurante y la comida. Pero uno puede ir como comensal sin estar hospedado en ese pésimo lugar. Si tienen oportunidad de reservar en otro lado seria mejor. Espero que lo escrito aquí sirva para que mejoren sus instalaciones. Saludos.
