Booked the room because my air conditioner went out. Opened my room door and it was twice as hot as my house. Took hours to cool down the room and it never got cool to my liking.

I do not recommend staying here. The room was non smoking and still had a horrible smell to it. The floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking around the room for just a few minutes. The bathroom was filthy and the toilet was falling apart. The staff were not pleasant and said that I owed them extra money because they saw a reservation for just one person not three. Even though I did list three people. They kept my deposit of 25.00 for absolutely no reason whatsoever. And during the night someone was standing at my window for about an hour smoking until I got up and turned on a light. The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel really.

We stayed 5 nights and they only offered to clean the room one time! I had to bring our dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. I had to ask for new garbage can liners. The room was fine.

Room was run down floor was dirty Staff charged pet fee for a service dog even with paperwork and said would only offer credit if room was in good condition. I wish room was clean before we got there so my feet werent dirty going to bed Recent name change made for high reviews on google which was why i choose this hotel to begin with It was fine for the $ i spent butnwould have happily paid ab extra $ for a cleaner hotel with breakfast

Upon check in, I asked for a ground floor room (bad back) and was told they didn't have any. (Note: parking lot nearly empty). When I get to the room, the air is not on and the room is very hot. I turn it on and open the door to get some air inside, then I tried the TV. Maybe 5 channels work. I call the desk and the guy comes up and tries it...then decides he needs another remote. After trying several, I finally convinced him that it was a poor signal and asked for another room. He says ok and we go back to the front desk, me carrying all my stuff. Then, guess what, now he has room on the first floor! He had straight up lied to me. New room, tv works. Air not on and it smells musty, like mildew. This could be controlled if the air conditioning was left on, which would also be more efficient. Oh, and there was a huge frog in the bathroom that I had to corral with a trash can. I've stayed here twice because of the convenience of location… But I will not be staying here again

Every door appears to have been batter in at one time or another. I bought a sub sandwich and placed it on the table near the TV. I walked away for a minute and when I came back to it a roach was feasting on it. Large areas of popcorn ceiling peeled off. There were two chairs that I would not have given to goodwill. There were worn and dirty. The bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even take a shower there.
