Room was run down floor was dirty Staff charged pet fee for a service dog even with paperwork and said would only offer credit if room was in good condition. I wish room was clean before we got there so my feet werent dirty going to bed Recent name change made for high reviews on google which was why i choose this hotel to begin with It was fine for the $ i spent butnwould have happily paid ab extra $ for a cleaner hotel with breakfast

Every door appears to have been batter in at one time or another. I bought a sub sandwich and placed it on the table near the TV. I walked away for a minute and when I came back to it a roach was feasting on it. Large areas of popcorn ceiling peeled off. There were two chairs that I would not have given to goodwill. There were worn and dirty. The bathroom was so nasty I wouldn’t even take a shower there.
