I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul

We stayed in this hotel last year and it was excellent. That is why we went again this year. It soon became apparent that the breakfast service did not meet that of last year. Several times having to ask more than once for coffee tea etc, and we were not the only ones to notice this. Perhaps a shortage of staff or inexperienced staff? Still an excellent location, with many staff outstanding. The beachside cafe across the road was very nice, but totally spoiled by loud music throughout. However still hope to come again next year.

Amazing new stylish hotel, high quality comfortable modern bedrooms, beautiful pool and gardens, friendly staff throughout (except for very slow moody reception staff), madly expensive food and drinks within hotel, but in a perfect location on the beach near to lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

Went out of their way to make this birthday trip a special memory for us Simply the very best luxury place to stay for an amazing holiday in Agadir. Central location with lots to visit in walking distance but everything on site if you don’t want to leave the hotels exquisite facilities. Stayed as a birthday getaway! From start to finish staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard. Staff are really friendly and always happy to help, location is on the beach so this is perfect being in a good location and very close to food restaurants. Facilities were excellent with great pool size, clean and service at the poolside. The spa is highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again on my yearly return to Agadir.

Very good standard all round and great location for a relaxing break with interesting local tours along with a nice pool and gardens Probably visited when the occupancy rate not too high so not sure how that compares to my experience My only minor gripe as a vegetarian was that the Moroccan restaurant on site had no vegetarian options
