Great Little Hotel

A charming hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. My room was spotlessly clean and featured an improbably large walk-in shower. The location could not be better; all historic sites and restaurants are within easy walking distance. But take some time to just sit in the lobby and enjoy being in Old San Juan.

Amazing location in the heart of the old town. The character of this hotel is so beautiful and authentic. The people were great - friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable although a little tired (eg light globes not working, and wear and tear). It was inconvenient that the aircon could not be controlled in the room and I needed to go down to reception borrow a remote control, return to my room, adjust the aircon and then return the remote. My room did have some minor flooding with heavy rain - luckily my luggage was not on the floor. I would stay here again.

The the hotel room was very clean. The location is very walkable. I visited the restaurant for breakfast a few times, food was delicious and the staff was very nice. The only thing i didn’t like is that i needed to go tell a staff to change the room temperature. I was not given the control for the AC

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and the area was quiet. Very walkable to everything around Old San Juan. Even a thirty minute walk from Escambron beach. I lived my experience here and definitely will be returning next time I am in San Juan.

Old San Juan memorable stay

Excellent classic, old-school with a nevertheless modern vibe boutique hotel in a quiet area of Old San Juan. Very attentive and responsive staff, always ready to help with tips and suggestions. Spotlessly clean. The sole issue we had on the first night was superbly resolved by an extraordinary, and unexpected, upgrade which made our family group’s informal reunion even more memorable. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next Puerto Rico and recommend it without reservation.
