Arrived late and well taken care of the next morning They were fully booked for the second time I wanted to stay there but found something close by for me and could still look after some specific requirements on the next visit even though not staying there A really excellent breakfast too

This was a one night stay. We were in the city to see the football and we love the place. This hotel in a converted palace is lovely. Great place to stay right in the mix round the corner from Balaro.. great food, rooms, beds and bathrooms. Excellent staff.

The hotel is beautiful, and amazingly quiet. My room was lovely and spotlessly clean. I loved the Ortigia bath products. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and can be enjoyed on an outdoor terrace. My only suggestion would be additional hooks on the bathroom wall, and brighter lighting in the bathroom. An additional mirror in the bedroom area would also be helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

I stayed in the main part of the hotel last week before leaving for a weekend in Trapani. On my return, I was in a large room with a kitchenette, overlooking the restaurant terrace. It was gorgeous. I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean, with high quality linens and good lighting. The Ortigia bath products are lovely. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of sweet and savoury choices. Although it was a bit hard to find initially, the location is excellent for walking to all of the sights and access to the train station. I highly recommend it.

Room was FANTASTIC, so incredibly spacious by European standards. The jetted tub was an amazing plus to our stay. Very well located in the city center of palermo. Hotel has a lot of Renaissance style decor, beautiful. Hotel restaurant was pretty good, too. Highly recommend this place if you're in Palermo.

Very helpful staff, nicely styled lobby. Most of the hotel is a bit tired. Mainly cosmetics, but a redecoration would lift the property.

The front desk was excellent. We arrived early and they allowed us check in. The front desk booked restaurants for us in advance and were always cheery! Fantastic stay!

Great hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable - nice sheets and bedding. They have a nice breakfast buffet with a variety of baked goods, meats and fruits. The location is great for walking in the historical center and it is an easy walk to Teatro Massimo. I will definitely stay at Palazzo Brunaccini Hotel again.

The room was pretty big, but much older than expected. The bed unfortunately was very hard and you can hear noises from outside. The gym is small, but very well equipped. I was positively impressed. Breakfast was good, too. The buffet isn't too big, but it offers enough variety and everything was fresh; and the breakfast staff was very nice.

Great location, 15 minutes walking to the central train station and other attractions 👍 Room was comfortable and front desk staff were helpful who offered breakfast bags for early check out 👍 breakfast was okay too. In the last night of staying, there was noise above our floor, called the front desk at about 10 pm who took care of it promptly!
