Confusing hotel

The staff were very welcoming. It’s a bit difficult to get to the hotel as it stands on one side of what used to be a railway crossing that has been decommissioned. My GPS was very confused. This is an old hotel that feels a bit tired.

Séjour décevant

De passage dans la ville pour un événement familial ; nous sommes déçus des prestations globales de l hôtel. A l arrivée on attend plusieurs minutes qu une personne nous accueille à la réception (qui était dans la pièce d à côté ), la chambre est très petite, plafond très bas (grande taille s abstenir), un ticket de caisse gisait sous le lit et on entend les voisins. Niveau petit déjeuner, le prix de 8 euros est très onéreux pour le type de prestation et la diversité du "buffet", sans compter un salle qui doit compter 10 places maximum. Pour le même prix nous aurions pu séjourner en hôtel 3 étoiles qui était malheureusement complet.

Après notre réservation en ligne le 31 janvier afin d'y passer la nuit le 1er janvier, pour notre retour de vacances, je passe un appel pour prévenir de notre arrivée le 1er janvier à un horaire un peu tardif (environ 22h) alors que nous sommes sur la route. La personne de l'accueil me répond qu'ils sont fermés car ils ont travaillé toute la nuit du 31, que nous ne pouvons pas venir. Nous insistons en précisant qu'on a déjà payé en ligne et qu'on est en route. Là la personne cherche notre réservation, la trouve, et me dit que c'est une réservation pour une personne et non pour 2 et que nous devrions payer un supplément. Bref nous y allons et résultat des courses nous sommes arrivés tous seuls, entrés avec leur code, nous avons trouvé la clé de la chambre à l'endroit convenu, donc ils ont pu aller se coucher, c'était pas compliqué de nous accuillir (Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ont failli nous refuser). Le lendemain matin je montre la confirmation de réservation qui prouve que leur tarif était bien pour 2 personnes. Donc tout est rentré dans l'ordre, chambre correcte mais mauvais souvenir, mauvais accueil, mauvais matelas et mauvais départ quand on nous fait vider nos sacs et retourner nos poches une fois sur le parking car ils nous soupçonnent de n'avoir pas rendu la clé alors que je l'ai deposée sur le comptoir. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

Salle de bain restreinte et pas hygiénique : position de travers sur Wc, porte serviettes de toilette placé juste à côté de la cuvette des Wc où l'on trouve normalement le porte papier Wc. Pas d'insonorisation : entente clairement de la discution des personnes en chambre voisine.
