The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the main Myeongdong shopping area. It is close to subway and airport bus stop. Even it is just opened in 2026, there are signs showing wear and tear in the room.

The hotel is in perfect location. The airport limousine bus stop is located nearby, and it is within walking distance to Myeongdong, which is great for shopping and dining. The staff very friendly and spoke English very well. They were very helpful throughout my stay, and we especially appreciated that we could borrow a universal plug from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space to fully open two large suitcases, which made our stay much more convenient. Additionally, the key card access required for the elevator made me feel safe.

Our room had stairs - didn’t realize when booking. Large bright windows and high ceiling was a nice change from other hotels in our stay. Shower floods into floor. Used all our towels daily to keep it dry. Very slippery. Toilets seem to have difficulty flushing. They do not give hand soap - Daiso to the rescue. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Check out said 12:00 but they called at 11:30 to say it’s time to go and that it is 11:00. No problems when though as I showed them the booking.

Pros: Staff excellent and friendly and we were able to check in slightly early, location excellent👍😊. Cons: Room is basic and worn, needs another mirror in room (only one in bathroom), no milk or sugar for tea/coffee. Aircon blows straight onto bed and temp control does nothing. Needs hair conditioner in bathroom. Luggage storage is in the hotel entrance and is not very secure at all ad anyone can move or access your bags. Electrical sockets in room terrible, hotels appliances such as kettle and lamp (2 pin) plugged into a 3 pin socket, housekeeping only every 4 days! 👎😕
