The room is spacious, and the facility was clean. The only unfortunate point was that the towels were not replaced unless I clearly requested so at the reception, where I directly received. I had placed the used towels on the floor, which is obvious as a sign that I want the towels to be replaced, but the room cleaning placed it on the hook again. Shouldn't be like that.

A sauna não se mantinha aquecida, as esteiras da academia estavam depreciadas e o café da manhã ofertado é simplório, tanto mais se considerado que é pago à parte. Enfim, eu diria que quanto a todos esses pontos, a experiência no hotel é frustrante. O ponto positivo é o tamanho do quarto e sua utilidade, considerando ser equipado com diversos utensílios, porém, também deixa a desejar, no quesito entretenimento, uma vez que a televisão é velha, pequena e disfuncional. No mais, os funcionários foram atenciosos e educados.

Excelente localização, mas as comodidades precisam de uma revitalização. Também solicitei uma toalha que não tinha no quarto, tive que buscar na recepção depois de quase uma hora de ter pedido. O café da manhã no domingo só iniciava às 9. Detalhes que acabaram deixando um pouco ruim a hospedagem.

Pontos posivitos: - Boa localização. - Quarto grande. - Chuveiro nota 10. - Estacionamento sem custo adicional. Pontos negativos: - Cama de casal desconfortável. - Travesseiros baixo demais. - Barulho da avenida que fica de frente, os vidros do quarto não tinham um bom isolamento. - NÂO TEM CAFÉ DA MANHA NO HOTEL. (Pelos sites de reserva da a entender que tem café da manha e eu realmente não reparei que não tinha.)

A equipe de recepção Ok, a fechadura com cartão que deu uma travada, mas resolvido rapidamente, hotel com instalações antigas, TV, AC, o que foi interessante mas com preços altos foi o mercado self service interno, não possui café da manha e padaria que me informaram não estava funcionando no dia, fui ao Mercado Angeloni a pé meio longe, mas fui.
