6/10 Good

The place is nice and clean, but It’s really a part time manned b&b. The desk lady was waiting for me to arrive to go home - no warning was given, she was lucky I arrived before 8pm. On arrival a guest flagged no hot water and she didn’t offer any fixing. Next morning same problem happened to me and as there was none to respond by 7am I had to leave the hotel without a shower. Little things but should be fixed.
