This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open cooled the room off plenty. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi To our great disappointment we found today, that we have been subject to a burgely, whilst staying in the apartment. Both jewelry & cash was stolen without obvious signs of forced entry. Hence the conclusion must be, that whoever has entered our apartment during our stay, must have had the entry code for it. We find it very disappointing that such a lovely stay in Porto is being downgraded to a system, you cannot rely on for being safeguarding whilst in Porto. For these obvious reasons I do not at all recommend to stay at this facility, until the burgler ha bee found & our belongings have been returned.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, limpo e com tudo que precisa. A única parte difícil é que fica no quarto andar e só tem escadas…mas junto de todas as outras qualidades, isso nem me incomodou.
