Terrific new hotel with nicely decorated, spacious rooms. The garage underneath the hotel is well lit and very convenient. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there is a convenient cafe located just across the street. It's a short walk to Mass Ave and the Porter Square T stop and restaurants. The walk to the Harvard campus is a bit longer but is very pleasant.

Great location near Porter Square with its T Station, Target, CVS, Star Market... I was surprised how quiet it was in the room considering the busy neighborhood. Staff were helpful and quick when I requested more clothes hangers and recessed light bulbs to be replaced. Enjoyed the design of the room and also how it was kept clean and tidy. I have already recommended it to friends.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Third floor is where the ice machine is, and my room was near that and the elevator. I'm a deep sleeper so that didn't bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, would suggest a different floor.

They need to fix the issue with the refridgerators. On a very hot day the fridge wasn't working, they got someone to fix it, it worked for a while then it stopped again. So in the morning we had warm drinks. Location and price are good. Place is clean and rooms decent size, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

Terrific new hotel option in Porter Square. We stayed there just after the hotel opened, and while there are a few kinks to work out, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are big! We stayed in a room with two queen beds plus a sitting area and a small kitchenette and it felt plenty big for 3 adults. Close to coffee, cafes, and shops.

The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was good. But most of the light switches didn't work. It took forever to get the lights to come on, and then the lighting was really poor quality for reading. For my morning shower, the pressure was low and even though I took a quick shower the hot water ran out. I'm thankful I didn't shampoo my hair, because I wouldn't have had warm water to rinse with. The front desk was courteous and friendly.

Everything was exceptional except for the parking. I would defintely stay here again but if you do, expect drive down a service ramp and have to call the front desk to let you into a garage below. When coming back out, you need to call someone to let you out and the drive up the ramp. Its a bit risky because you are inverted and cant see oncoming traffic before you turn on the street.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this hotel! I was initially thrown off by the location of the property, but as I walked around I could see that it was located next to a few stores and also a rent-a-bike area. The cleanliness of the room was great, the size was great, the bathroom and all it offered was great! It even had a mini dishwasher that completely blew my mind!! The staff was VERY friendly and pleasant to speak to. The pricing was reasonable for the size of the room as well. The only negative I could come up with was that they do not have room service. I believe there is not a kitchen onsite at all. They did have an off-side service area to purchase drinks, some frozen foods, ramen, and a few snacks. (I did not utilize this area, so I cannot comment on the prices.) Housekeeper was very friendly and accommodating with my request as well. All in all i would absolutely stay here again, and if /when I return, this will be my go to place to stay.

Such a great boutique hotel! AC worked great, had a small kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker and sink. Toiletries were provided like razor and toothbrush. Everything was really thought out! The staff was so friendly and helpful too. The rooms were clean, new and the beds were comfortable. They also provide garage parking for a fee. We will definitely stay here again!
