房間冷氣出風口滿滿灰塵，天花板通風氣口也是積滿灰塵，感覺身體都不自覺發癢，房間冷氣設定20°卻一點也不涼，熱到睡不著，煮水壺內膽底部生鏽痕跡，房間隔間紙門也有破損，怕被求償自己有先拍照存證，希望可以提供等值房價的住房體驗。
