The apartment is beautiful, The views are amazing, and the location was perfect for wandering the Durres beach for hours on end. The hot tub was a great addition, though we didn’t use it for the heat, but more of a relaxing opportunity to cool down at the end of each day. Coffee and water pot worked great and helped the caffeine addict in the morning. The roof is very slick when wet (especially next to hot tub). Parking is a challenge but that is pretty much everywhere. There is a dirt/grass lot you can park in that you can see from the rooftop. Price seems excessive for parking (ALL 500 for day, 500 for overnight, so ALL 1,000 for each full day). Didn’t find this until the last night there. That’s not fault of the apartment, but could be a benefit if it was pre-coordinated.
