I was concerned after reading reviews about the check in process. I made sure to pre-checkin and arrived before 5pm so staff was still on site. I did have trouble with my PIN code to get in but someone came to help me right away. Everything else was good. Place was clean and in a good area. Convenient to restaurants and some shopping.
