The place was pretty close to everything we needed while remaining in a fairly quiet area. The place was very clean and communication with property owners was so quick & easy. They also were very accommodating in holding our luggage while we did some sightseeing after check out. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. It’s great!

The property has a shared kitchen where they let me stow my bags before check-in time. My room was lovely and very clean. The bathroom was big, with both a large tub and separate great shower. Espresso machine in the room. Comfortable bed. I found the location convenient to many areas. I used the Lime bicycles often and they were available nearby. I did come home late in the evening to find the building entrance closed. But another guest was also arriving then, and staff responded to her text quickly to let us both in. The French place next door had a good breakfast. I was traveling solo, and hopped around locations while in Rome. I would have happily stayed at this location longer. And I would definitely stay here again.

The location is really the best thing about this guesthouse. It's really superb. The "fast check in" you need to complete before trivial is not very fast, the software seems out of date, but it worked. The confirmation came very late, making me unsure whether I had completed it correctly. Finding the place was easy, and the instructions on how to enter the room were accurate enough. Be advised that the WiFi information in the English welcome email is faulty; the network name and password is translated to English, but should be in Italian. But when we read the information flyer in the room, we found the correct information. The room itself was just ok. To be honest I had higher expectations after reading reviews and seeing pictures. I guess the room standard varies quite a lot. I understand that a place like this will always put their best foot forward when announcing their rooms, but I had at the very least expected an actual bed to sleep in, not a fold-out sofabed. The bathroom facilities were old and quite worn down, time to upgrade, but they worked. But, as we were in Rome for just two nights and weren't planning on spending much time in the room anyway, the lower than expected standard wasn't catastrophic for us. We really just needed a well situated base camp, which this absolutely was. So all in all, at such a reasonable price, we're happy.
