The rooms are very clean and seem to have been renovated recently. They are very modern. The personell and the service they provide, on the other hand, are terrible. The people at the reception wear earphones all the time and dont care about the guests. At check-in time, I was not given any information and the woman just gave me the room card without saying a word, the only word I heard from her at the beginning of our interaction was "passport". I am not sure if it is because they dont care or they dont receive any training in hospitality. In general I did not feel welcome at all in this hotel. Not good for international travellers.
