The staff allowed us to check in early. The hotel is a short walk to the train station if you are taking the overnight train to Da Nang. There is a rooftop pool with a few chairs and loungers (bring towels from your room). There is a Tea and Coffee house a few doors down that serves an outstanding dinner. If you're looking for a nice peaceful walk, across the street is a river walking path. The bed was comfortable, AC worked great and overall our stay met our expectations.

This is a family owned hotel. Clean room. Friendly and very helpful staff. Wifi was spotty but worked most of the time. Breakfast had to be ordered 30 minutes before time as the mother of the family serves as the cook too. As there is not a restaurant very nearby we suggested to them to either get microwaves in each room or 2 in the dining room. Guests need to be able to warm up food. Need rubber mats in bathrooms as tiles are very slippery and people can get injured easily.

New hotel with a great and kindly service and modern interior, but there is room for improvements. It is 10-15 mins walk from Ninh Binh Railway Station, and 10 min Grab to Tam Coc. We booked this to be near the station and be little away from Tam Coc to get a quit sleep. But we found out that there was a lot of noise from the street since at the end of the halfway facing the road, was a wood door with ventilation holes, so basicly so the noise did get right in to the floor and the room. They was helpfull and changed our room to another floor which did not have the same wooden door at the end. The breakfast is where you order and they make it ready. Which makes it fresh but at the same time you wait little if you have not ordered it before. The reception did not have any AC, so was little hot when standing there. Be aware the standard room does not have any window, and this is not bescriebed ehen you are booking. You can book a tour with them. So like i say room for improvementd, but still a modern new hotel with kindly service especially the girl at the reception.

Très bel hôtel sur un grand boulevard pas très passant. Tout était très bien. Le seul bémol , il n'y a aucuns services a proximité. Faut prendre taxi ou Grab pour sortir manger ou faire livrer.
