2/10 Poor

We booked two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms had the door broken. Looks like someone had kicked it. At reception , they were adamant we only had one room when we had two booked. There was no pillowcase and no duvet case the bed was a double and had a single mattress topper as a duvet. The shower was incredibly mouldy we didn’t use it for that reason. The hotel should be shut down for hygiene reasons do not stay here.
