They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing now and book an Airbnb. I've had bad service but this turned me away from hotels all together.
