Views from this property are stunning. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They were a real pleasure. My room was clean and roomy. The property was conveniently located a two minute walk from nine arches Bridge and an excellent restaurant. The breakfast provided at the hotel was tasty and provided an abundant amount of food.

Incredible views from our room at Tunnel Top, overlooking the beautiful valley and the iconic train tracks! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We also loved that drinks were available for free throughout our stay. The staff were outstanding — super friendly and genuinely accommodating. They made us drinks, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, and even arranged tuk tuk transportation into Ella for us. Their warm hospitality made our stay even better. What really sealed the deal for us was the location — just a two-minute walk from the famous Nine Arches Bridge, which was the main reason we chose Tunnel Top. Perfect for anyone wanting easy access to this iconic spot while enjoying a peaceful, scenic stay.

The views from the balcony are unbelievable and can watch the train go past. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and all the essentials were provided. The fridge was stocked with coke, water, beers all for free. Dina was the best host, could not do enough for us and made our time very special there, constantly giving us lifts into the town when needed as was 20 minute drive into town. He even waited until 1am one night to take us back home after a night out. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely accommodation with fantastic views, breakfast was wonderful and plenty of it. Very friendly staff. Accommodation provides tuk tuk service to meet a private driver (as too steep for a large car) or take you into Ella town for a meal.

Het hotel ligt echt super mooi op een kwartiertje rijden met de tuk tuk buiten de drukte van Ella centrum aan het spoor van de Nine Arches bridge. Het personeel brengt en haalt je met de tuk tuk op wanneer je wilt. Het uitzicht is adembenemend vanaf het balkon. De kamer is groot en badkamer ruim. Airconditioning werkte perfect en minibar wordt bijgevuld. Het hotel heeft 2 kamers boven elkaar en was daardoor heerlijk voor ons en onze dochters alleen. Het ontbijt met vers fruit en andere verse dingen die ze voor je maken is overweldigend. Ook toen we aankwamen en wat trek hadden regelden ze een Fried rice en de laatste avond wilden we op deze heerlijke plek blijven en niet weer naar het centrum toe en werd ook een prima maaltijd voor ons geregeld. Erg de moeite waard!

Personalet var virkelig imødekommende og serviceminded. Hotellet ligger i bjergene og har udsigt til naturen. Morgenmaden er fantastisk. Der er 2 minutters gang til Nine Arch Bridge, 1 times gang til Little Adams Peak og 40 minutters gang til Ella centrum langs jernbanen. Men hotellet har også en tuktuk, de gerne kører dig rundt i uden ekstra omkostninger. Vi havde et virkeligt fantastisk ophold.
