Lovely hotel with great facilities and lovely staff. The rooftop pool is small, but the bar is lovely. Gabriel the barman on the rooftop bar was so efficient and took time to chat to us. The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the centre of Porto and the tourist attractions, but the Bolt app is fabulous for getting taxis and it was only around €5 to the centre.

Clean and spacious room! Very fresh. The shower head was also great with good pressure. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to an event, and this was the main reason we booked the hotel in the first place. But the room was very nice and it made up for it.

Is a fine hotel very upscale with things like rooftop pool and lounge and other things like a spa in the lower level with sauna steam rooms pool. It’s brand new hotel good breakfast restaurant options for dinner all the way around a good choice. Good location only 15 minutes from the downtown historic districts where you can grab a hop on hop off bus tour for about 32 euro’s takes you through the historic and unesco sites the Douro river are where you could hop on and off as you please or maybe grab a ferry ride down the Douro river and see Porto in its entirety. Porto is beautiful the history culture and architecture is unique and something special. We had a great time and look forward to doing it again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It feels modern, and new, and the beds were exceptionally comfy, giving us a great night's sleep. The staff were also nice and friendly and welcoming throughout our entire trip. Our only minor setbacks were a couple of maintenance and housekeeping bits. We noticed a small leak under the sink whenever the shower was running; we did report it, but unfortunately, it didn't quite get sorted during our stay, which left some of our clothes stored underneath a bit damp. We also spotted a brown mark on the bedding but didn't get a chance to mention it at the time. This is a lovely hotel with fantastic people working here. With just a few quick tweaks and minor improvements to maintenance and housekeeping, it would be absolutely perfect. We would still highly recommend it for the great vibe and comfy rooms!

-the balcony is useless, no furniture and you can’t actually spend time there. We booked the room thinking it would be nice to sit there in the evening but that was not the case.. you should not advertise balcony in the room type. -no bottle openers in the room, if you want something from the mini bar with a crown cap, you need to go to the reception to open it. Not very practical or convenient. +new clean and nice beds, powerful a/c. -pool good but it doesn’t have space for all guests and unfortunately people come early in the morning to book the sun chairs and then maybe arrive to occupy them hours later. This should be strictly forbidden as the space is already so limited.

Very nice hotel, super nice staff, nice pool, nice breakfast buffet😇 The hotel is only about 20-25 minutes away from the city center by foot, so it is easy to get around. There is also a mall very close by. The rooms were super clean. If you are there because of the pool you must know that the pool area is a bit small and the sunbeds are often occupied early on. But that was not an issue for our stay.

A brand new hotel Fluffy white towels and crisp white sheets Fridge in room super useful Excellent breakfast with all the usual things you would expect Roof top pool area was fabulous but small .slightly annoying to have to go to -3 floor to get pool towels to take to floor 8 where the pool was. Helpful check in staff who spoke excellent English No hotel parking yet but they have an agreement with a local carpark which allows you to come and go for €15 per day The hotel is a 35 minute walk to the Riverside mostly downhill. You will not want to walk it back again as uphill so get a bolt which are super cheap. Housekeeping was hit and miss we had to ask for loo roll and shower soap to be refilled The aircon in our original room didn't work so we were given another room so had to pack up our stuff and move on our 1st evening which was a shame The lighting on our corridor also failed making it difficult to find the lift! Overall a good stay but a few niggles

Udmærket hotel med 15 minutters gang fra centrum Utrolig lækker morgenmad Receptionen var lidt dårlig til at forstå vi gerne vil have to dyner til vores dobbeltseng og ikke en fællesdyne Desværre var vores spa oplevelse lidt blandet Reglerne var at man skulle have badehætte på og en alder minimum på 16 år, nogen havde badehætte på andre ikke, og der var fire børn under 14 år i området Par massage var til gengæld virkelig god. Kunne godt finde på at vælge dette hotel næste gang jeg skal til porto Jacob Danmark

Bra, fräscht hotell som ligger lite avsides. Frukosten ganska standard och inget att skriva hem om. Takpoolen var väldigt uppskattad av hela familjen! Väldigt trevlig personal som fixade så vi kunde checka in i ett av våra rum lite tidigare så att vi kunde bli av med våra väskor.
