I would definitely return due to the location of this place. Cons: No security in lobby Front desk (on 3rd floor) closes at 9 or 10pm. No Ice Machine Pros: Fantastic location Street food and markets all around Full steamer for clothes Washer/Dryer in room Full refrigerator (freezer and fridge) Microwave I don’t know if I would recommend it to a solo female traveler, the set up felt like staying in an air b&b apartment because after you check in on the 3rd floor, you’re given a key card to your room. When we returned for the day in ground floor lobby, there is never a security guard at the desk near the elevators. Good thing we feel very safe in the location. It also seems like they share the building with two other hotels, so some rooms belong to CZ and the other rooms belonged to the other hotels and it’s the same floor as us. Our door had the CZ label. What’s also concerning is that our room key had the hotel name and room number on it, so if you lost it, someone could easily know where and room number the card accesses. Again, I feel safe in that location, but not comfortable referring to a solo female traveler. We chose a 2 bed option, one room was like a studio and then there’s a sliding glass door that separating for the 2nd bed, but you can’t close the sliding glass door or you will cut off the AC for the other person. The AC is above the 2nd bed on the ceiling behind the glass sliding door. Full refrigerator, not the mini. Washer/Dryer in room with microwave.

The location is pretty good, and it's close to the station. The hotel is located in an unfinished commercial building, and there are three hotels sharing the same building. It feels more like a serviced apartment. Early in the morning, you can hear the sound of electric drills from construction work. The soundproofing is very poor — you can even clearly hear the sound of doors closing. It's just terrible. The room layout is also poorly designed, with a lot of wasted space.

Beautiful view and smack middle of a lot of stores and transit is less than a 3-5 minute walk. I loved how clean it was and the view was amazing. I gave it 4 stars for amenities because you can’t use the in room washer but you can ask the front desk instead and they’d guide you. I personally would have paid more if I could use the washer :)

チェックイン時の受付スタッフの女性の方はとても感じが良く日本語も少し話せる方でした。 部屋はとても綺麗で快適に過ごせましたが、 洗面所に用意されたコップ置きの上に髪の毛が2本ほどありそこだけは少し残念でした。 それを除けば、ホテルを出ればすぐ繁華街で 食事も買い物もすぐできるので また次も泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

チャガルチ駅から近く、とても便利な立地でした。 チキンを注文したいとフロントで相談したところ、男性スタッフのキムさんがすぐに対応してくださり、とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。 お部屋にはスタイラーがあり、脱いだ上着や着ていた服のシワを伸ばせたので、毎日気持ちよく過ごせました。 マンションタイプのホテルだったため、まるで住んでいるような感覚で快適に滞在できました。また、大きな冷蔵庫と電子レンジがありとても便利でした。食べきれなかったチキンを温め直して食べることもできました。 タオルは毎日交換していただけました。客室清掃は3泊中1回でしたが、特に不便は感じませんでした。 一点だけ、浴室用の足ふきマット（足ふき専用タオル）があるとさらに便利だと思います。 総合的にはとても快適に過ごせるホテルで、また利用したいと思います。 洗面所の床が濡れているように見えるのですが、濡れてる様に見える素材の様で常に濡れている訳はなかったです。

買い物するのも食事をするのも立地は最高でした。正面にコンビニもあります。ただ、レジデンスの中のホテルなので入口がとても分かりにくいです。3つのホテルと住居者のいる部屋とが混在しているホテルです。同じフロアに他のホテルの部屋と、居住者のいる部屋とが隣接していました。客室内部は、キッチンと家庭用ぐらい大きい冷蔵庫もあり便利でした。ロフトもある部屋だったので天井も高く、扉で仕切れるコネクティングルームもありそれぞれにエアコンもあり、それぞれの好みで温度調節できる点がとても良かったです！ マイナス点を強いて言うなら、韓国あるあるなのかもしれませんが、バスタブにシャワーカーテンがあれば良かったなと思います。 フロントのスタッフもとても親切で日本語を話せるスタッフもいて助かりました。 リピート有りです！
