Room showing some wear and tear - lighting very dim and annoying in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was pretty hard and the most annoying thing was the bathroom light is motion activated with no option to turn it off - so at night it was too much for the eyes.

The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing. As this was our primary reason for choosing this location. Please note that you should make dinner reservations ahead of time as well. That said, the staff, location, and breakfast were wonderful. I would caution anyone with a tight schedule to plan ahead if booking here but otherwise would come back.

Grosse modern eingerichtete Zimmer, teilweise mit privater Infrarotsauna auf dem Balkon. Highlight ist der Infinitypool mit Blick auf den See. Unbefriedigend ist die Parkplatz Situation. Bei unserem Aufenthalt standen keine Hotelparkplätze zur Verfügung und wir mussten lange Zeit einem öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen. Vom Hotel erhielten wir keine Unterstützung.

Deta var ett helt magiskt ställe så fint. Underbar omgivning. Rummet vi hade var toppen. Rent fint vackert. Fanns inget vi sakna poolen var underbar att ha för sig själva . Både på dagen mem även till kvällen spec när vi hade ett barn som inte var 16 som inte fick vara i spa. Vilken frukost. Wow så mycket att välja. Fräscht. Älskade att de var de där lilla extra. Det ända som man behöver tänka på är att vill man äta på hotellet boka bord vid bokningen. Annars får man inget bord där utan på restaurangen bredvid och den är inte lika "fin". Men bra mat. Sen behöver man ha koll på ac för. Tyvärr funka den inte som den skulle så vi som.var där i 33 grader hade 27 grader på rummet och detta var tyvärr outhärdligt över natten.

Summa summarum war es super. Wir hatten jedoch den Eindruck, dass die Renovierung noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen war, hier und da fehlte Silikondichtung im Badezimmer, der Kühlschrank fehlte, obwohl Platz im Kasten ausgespart war, einen Zimmersafe gab es ebenfalls nicht. Im Badezimmer gab es leider auch keine Haken zum Befestigen/Aufhängen der Handtücher, der Kleiderkasten war für hängende Kleider leider auch etwas zu kurz. Trotzdem gelungene Einrichtung und fantastischer Ausblick zum See. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und man konnte drinnen oder auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Garagenplätze sind für moderne Autos/SUVs leider fast zu schmal. Da ist ein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, wenn verfügbar besser/breiter, kosten beide Varianten gleich viel. Der Pool und Spabereich ein Traum, zum Genießen! Mittels QR Code kann man sich Getränke etc zum Poolbereich bestellen, funktioniert bestens! Für uns war und ist es das beste Hotel im Raum Füssen, Lage, Essen, Einrichtungen Top!

Mycket spindelväv och många spindlar på balkongen så det var inte så trevligt att sitta där. Vi bodde ett par nätter och spindelväven städades inte bort under tiden vi bodde där. Annars bra hotell med härligt spa och mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal!

ジュニアスイートに宿泊した。値段の割に施設はかなりカジュアルであった。日本の民宿に近い。ダイナースカードの番号をあらかじめ伝えていたにも関わらず、当日ダイナースでは支払いができないと言われて非常に困った。登録したカードで支払いができないなら、あらかじめ伝えるべきだと言ったところ、受付の女性は逆ギレのような態度。他のスタッフはとても親切であったので、残念であった。 ノイシュバンシュタイン城まで車で１５分で行けるので便利であった。駐車場は１０ユーロ／日。目の前は綺麗な湖があり、散歩するのに良い場所であった。
